Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, packaging and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form (PDF) provided, then mail your return “FAO Alif & Ink” to the address details provided via email.

Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a registered mail service that includes insurance and is trackable to mail your return, as we can only give you a refund if we receive the items and all associated accessories etc. If the item is not returned in its original state (unused) we may not be able to issue a full refund. Please also ensure that you include details of your name, address and order number so that we can ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will typically notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

• Digital goods, by their nature, cannot be returned and once the download has started cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Please Note:

• Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
• The item(s) need to be returned in their original condition; ideally in the original packaging.
• The item(s) need to be returned to the correct returns address provided.

RETURNING A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please accept our apologies. For defective, damaged or incorrect products, please contact us (as soon as possible and within 14 days of receipt of your order) via email arrange a refund or correct irems. Please do not return anything until you have received a response from our team.

We may ask you to provide:

• Images of the item showing the damage caused
• The image(s) you send us must also include the packaging the item(s) arrived in including the delivery note. This enables us to process your claim swiftly and helps us to identify areas where our services can be improved.  We will make arrangements for the return of the damaged items and will issue a refund once the damaged or incorrect items have been received.
